The Rules

This community is 18+ and for adults only. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted within Twitch Chat or our Discord server. Minors caught lying about their age or pretending to be adults will be immediately and permanently removed from all community spaces.

Our moderators and admins reserve the right to kick/ban any individual at any time, including based on "bad vibes." Our tolerance for bullshit is absolute zero, and first impressions do matter.

Our moderators reserve the right to pass their own judgment and enforce rules on a case-by-case basis. Moderators are trained, and their decisions are final with support from the community owner.

  1. Our space communicates in English only at this time. While Mavis is learning Spanish and sometimes speaks in Spanish to native speakers on stream, we ask that everyone please keep all conversations in English unless otherwise specified. Thank you!
  2. Don't be a dick. Be respectful to others, period. No name-calling or over-familiar behavior. Don't be needlessly abrasive or rude.
  3. Don't be a parasocial weirdo or chronic boundary stomper. We can and will kick people who suck at respecting boundaries, or can't take "no" for an answer. When in doubt: ASK, don't ASSUME. Discord has a great article on parasocial relationships. Respect EVERYONE'S boundaries and privacy.
  4. Support and/or kindness does NOT entitle you to special treatment or being above the rules. Users are not to use acts of monetary support to push boundaries, break rules, or guilt-trip the streamer and/or other community members.
  5. Don't ask to join multiplayer games in chat. If lobbies or games are open for viewers, this will be clearly stated. My game lobbies are normally open to my friends to avoid overstimulation or playing with others I am not comfortable with.
  6. Do not backseat game, and do not post spoilers. Backseat Gaming refers to excessively commenting on the in-game decisions and actions of someone playing a video game, usually toward a streamer playing said game. If I want help when I am playing a particular game, I will ask for it. Otherwise, please let me enjoy my gameplay - if my style isn't for you, you don't have to watch.
  7. No usage of slurs or other derogatory language. This includes ones you can reclaim. For everyone's safety and comfort within our community, we ask that people overall avoid using this type of language in our space.
  8. No trauma dumping, self-deprecation, usage of trigger language, or discussion of distressing/triggering topics. Viewers and moderators within our community are not qualified or trained mental health professionals. While we empathize and sympathize with any difficulties you may be experiencing, we recommend reaching out to a mental health professional or a hotline if you need someone to talk to.
  9. No mini-modding or stepping in over moderators. The community's moderators are hand-picked and trained; please let them do their jobs! Additionally, please listen to them if they ask anything of you. Moderators are the backbone of many community spaces.
